Welcome To Mindgle Platform
Mindgle is a human-centred inquiry platform built for the age of Artificial Intelligence. We don’t just give students answers — we teach them to ask better questions.
Founded on the belief that every child carries a powerful, searchable mind, Mindgle equips students and educators with the frameworks, texts, and tools to activate genuine critical thinking — before they ever open a browser.
Inspired by UNESCO, the OECD Learning Compass, NEP 2020, and Tagore’s Visva-Bharati philosophy, our platform is school-embedded, research-backed, and built to serve every learner — especially those in underserved communities.
Mindgle is building an equitable and sustainable learning ecosystem where every learner, regardless of geography or socio-economic circumstance, has the opportunity to develop the curiosity, critical thinking, and agency needed to shape a better future, with a deliberate focus on underserved and low-income communities.
By embedding epistemic prompts into everyday teaching, Mindgle empowers educators to move beyond delivering content towards cultivating deeper inquiry, sharper judgement, and more intentional learning. As teachers develop a more seasoned, reflective, and research-informed approach to teaching, learners construct knowledge with greater meaning, ownership, and transferability—transforming schools into communities celebrated by parents and educators alike for nurturing confident, thoughtful, and ethically responsible learners.
For learners following CBSE, ICSE, and other national curricula, Mindgle provides a structured pathway to develop inquiry, reflection, critical thinking, and evidence-based reasoning through its Theory of Inquiry framework. As students progressively learn to question, investigate, validate, and refine knowledge, the transition to inquiry-driven and research-intensive curricula—such as the IB and other globally recognised programmes—becomes significantly smoother, more confident, and more meaningful because they have already developed the habits of mind these educational systems value most.
Seven carefully designed learning pathways — each one a complete journey from curiosity to critical mastery.
Dr. (Hon.) Sukanya Pal is an educator, curriculum architect, teacher trainer, Theory of Knowledge (Epistemology) specialist, psychology mentor, and the founder of Mindgle—a pioneering Natural Intelligence (NI) framework that prepares learners to think before they prompt. With over two decades of experience across the International Baccalaureate, Cambridge, AP, and Indian education systems, her work has always extended beyond teaching subjects to understanding how learners construct meaning, make decisions, and discover who they are.
Mindgle was not born in a boardroom, a research paper, or a curriculum document. It was born in the beautifully messy conversations between a mentor and her learners—through questions that had no immediate answers, moments of uncertainty, intellectual disagreements, and shared discoveries. Those classrooms became living laboratories where educational theory met human experience, eventually leading to one profound realisation: the greatest challenge of education is not helping learners find better answers, but helping them ask better questions and understand the mind that asks them.
Driven by this philosophy, Dr. Pal created Mindgle to help learners cultivate Natural Intelligence before collaborating with Artificial Intelligence. Her work enables students to uncover cognitive blind spots, develop metacognitive awareness, construct robust knowledge through disciplined inquiry, and build authentic identities rooted in reflection rather than performance. She believes that while AI can accelerate learning, only Natural Intelligence can provide the wisdom, judgement, and intellectual responsibility needed to use it meaningfully.
For Dr. Pal, education has never been about preparing students merely for examinations or university admissions. It is about preparing them to understand themselves deeply enough to contribute meaningfully to the world.
""Every day, my students ask questions that teach me something new about learning, humanity, and the endless uncertainty of knowledge itself."" — Dr. (Hon.) Sukanya Pal, Founder & CEO
